By using our App you accept these terms

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the UpSeat Service (the “Service”) and the UpSeat application (“App”). By using the Service, you confirm that you accept these Terms and that you agree to comply with them.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

Product Trial terms

If you are a participant in any of our product trials, you must not at any time disclose to any person any confidential information concerning the product trial, UpSeat, the App, all text, images, colour-schemes, logos, customers, clients or suppliers of UpSeat.

You must also not disclose or show any images or visual content of our App to any third party. This includes, but is not limited to, screenshots, photos, screen recordings or descriptions of the App’s interface.

You may disclose the above-mentioned confidential information if required by law, a court of competent jurisdiction or any governmental or regulatory authority.
